Reservation / Cancellation / Modification policies

Reservations
  • When making a reservation, the full payment of your stay will be required.
  • A $4.00 reservation fee (nonrefundable) plus applicable taxes will be charged by day.

 

Cancellations
  • Reservations cancelled the night before the campground’s opening day will be refunded in full.
  • A $15 administration fee (nonrefundable) plus applicable taxes will be charged.
  • Starting the opening date of the campground, and up to 8 days before your check-in date, 50% of the amount of your stay will be refunded to you.For example: for a check-in date planned on June 11, you must inform us before June 3.
  • No administration fees will be charged.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations made 7 days or less before your check-in date.

 

Modification
  • Adding a night: The reservation policy applies and no reservation fees will be charged.
  • Cancelling a night: The cancellation policy applies and no administration fees will be charged.

 

Changing a reservation

Same-season modifications to your reservation are permitted only if the following conditions are respected:

  • The campground is informed 14 days before the beginning of your stay.
  • A site is available on the new dates requested. The campground cannot be held liable if the vacancies available are insufficient to cover the length of the stay in the initial reservation.
  • If you shorten the length of your initial stay, the cancellation and modification policies will be applied.
  • Your reservation cannot be transferred to another camper.

Rules

  • Passers-by must respect the following check-in/check-out hours: check-in at 1 pm at the earliest and check-out no later than noon.
  • Camper groups must be a maximum of 2 adults and the children of either one of the adults making up the camper group.
  • To guarantee a safe and peaceful environment, it is strictly forbidden to use ATVs, scooters, and dirt bikes on the campground.
  • Making noise is prohibited after 11 pm. The gate closes at 11 pm. Visitors must leave the site or park their cars outside the site before this time.
  • It is forbidden to harm or cut down trees on the campground. Doing so is considered as a criminal offence, and offenders will be immediately evicted from the campground.
  • Campers must place their trash in the designated receptacles located at the exit near the reception desk.
  • It is forbidden to wash automobiles and trailers. (A special permission is granted to seasonal and long-term passers-by during the first two weeks of the season).
  • Watering the lawn is forbidden accept in cases where the campground has sown lawn or unrolled turf.
  • Washers and dryers are forbidden.
  • Clotheslines must be put up in a way that will not hinder the safety of passers-by or the view of surrounding campers.

  • The camping group and its guests must respect open fire restrictions. To prevent any form of misunderstanding, all types of fires are forbidden (including those within screens and gas-fueled fires).
  • The usage of fireworks is strictly forbidden at all times.
  • The management reserves the right to evict without refund, any camper not respecting their reservation and/or the rules stated herein.
